Art4Life News: We are excited to announce that Art4Life will return next year as Richmond's sole after-school provider. We look forward to continuing all of the amazing experiences we have had with both you and your children. We will also be adding on the preschoolers, kindergarteners, and 1st graders. Art4Life is ready to take on our new challenge, keep working with the families and children we love, and certainly make this the best solid program in one location we can provide. We look forward to it!
Enrollment forms come out on May 1st. Returning parents have until the June 10th to enroll. After that, it is open enrollment. Please call Art4Life at Richmond at 503-962- 9466 with any questions you might have.

Art4life serves a diverse community of schools throughout the Portland Public School District. Art4life has a commitment to COMMUNITY. We visit and deliver our artwork to the Hopewell Hospice several times a year. We also engage in fun things such as "Random Acts of Art"- giving our art away to people in the city. We explore our city and expose the children to local CULTURE by taking them to the symphony, ballet, opera, and art museum. We also introduce our children to other cultures by exploring a different country each month and preparing that cuisine every Friday as well as exploring their art, music, and much more. Art4Life adds to its community by providing quality before and after school arts education with quality teachers. Art4life provides many opportunities for our students to be a part of the rich arts and culture scene of our city. Our projects are creative, fun and informative. Art4Life introduces the children to a variety of art media.
Vermont Hills is dedicated to enriching the lives of children through a secure and warm environment that promotes self-esteem. Our program involves each child in his or her various developmental stages. We support the family as it encourages each child’s special worth. The philosophy of VHFLC is to provide families with education, development and support, through childcare and other family services. At Vermont Hills, we value and respect each child’s individuality as well as the child's opportunity to experience fun, wonder and challenge in a social setting with positive, healthy role models. We value and support families with a diverse arena and place a high value on open communication while providing a safe emotional and physical environment for our children.
