"There isn't very much stuff anymore because it got too dangerous so we had to take it away. So, I think we need to get a new playground so we have more things to do on it. I think getting a new playground is going to be nice for the younger kids too."
Mika S, 5th grade, Council Member

"Our playground is boring, we have no swings or tire swings. Our tower is made of wood and can give you slivers; it can be unsafe. Some people in our school say they mostly have nothing to play on, and have no fun."
Clara S, 4th grade, Council Member

"I think we need a new playground because it is very old and we took out most of the things. And now we don't have one of the monkey bars... We need a new playground because we should have more fun!"
Adelyn F, 5th grade, Council Member

"It's dangerous. It's boring. It looks like 100 years old."
Trey P, 4th grade, Council Member

"Our current playground is boring. Our younger schoolmates have nothing to do. We really need more play structures for them to play imaginative games. But overall we have a boring playground and need a new one."
Alison L, 4th grade, Council Member

"I think that our playground equipment is old and sort of boring and everyday it gets more boring and rusty and old...our school needs newer and more playground equipment."
Justin K, 5th grade, Council Recorder

"Our playground is very old. The new one will be a lot more inviting. The people who play on it will have a lot more fun."
Keough S, 5th grade, Council Member

"Our playground is old, unsafe, does not have swings, is boring, and not that big. Kids have broken bones from this playground by falling off. The swings were unsafe so they have been taken down. So, if you would please help us get a new playground I would thank you."
Drew T, 5th grade, Council Member
